I’m a Certified Professional and Master Home Inspector (CPI, CMI) with over 30 years of experience in home renovation, repair, and inspections. Since beginning my home inspection career in 2017, I’ve helped buyers and homeowners make informed and confident decisions.

I became a home inspector because I wanted to understand what truly matters in a home. Now, I use that knowledge to help my clients navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives. My approach is simple: provide honest, straightforward facts based on my extensive experience, training, and education.

As a woman in the industry, I take pride in offering a detail-oriented and thorough inspection process. My same-day reports include clear explanations and photos, giving you insight into understanding the condition of the home. When possible, I personally inspect rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces because no stone should be left unturned in your inspection.

​Outside of work, I enjoy building purposeful things, sewing, baking, and being a proud mom to my incredible adult children.​​​
